Moonlit is a small workshop. When you write to us you are often sharing something that matters a great deal, and we treat it that way. This page says plainly what we hold and why.

What we collect

Only what you put in the enquiry form: your name, your email address, the message you write, and — if the form offers it and you choose to add one — a photograph. That is all. We do not ask for a postal address or payment details on the website.

Why we hold it

To read your enquiry, reply to you, and, if you go ahead, to make your piece. Nothing more. We do not sell, rent, or pass on anything you send us, and we never use it to advertise to you.

Where it goes

Your message reaches us as an email (handled by Zoho Mail) and a private notification so we see it quickly. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers carry your message on our behalf and do not use it for their own ends.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the work that comes from them for as long as we may reasonably need them — to reprint, to reorder, or because you may write back years later. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
