How it works
Nothing is cut, and nothing is charged, until you have seen a proof and said yes.

Send us what you have
A photograph of the print, the card, the handwriting, or the face. Taken on a phone in daylight is fine. We will tell you within a day whether it will engrave well, and we will tell you honestly.
- Two
We prepare it
Cleaning up, setting the size, deciding how deep to cut so the detail survives — and which material will hold it best. You see a proof before anything is touched. Nothing is cut until you say yes.

We cut it once
None of these materials forgive a second pass. That is why the proof matters, and why we would rather spend an extra day on the file than send you something we would not keep.
If the piece is for a service or a date you have to meet, say so in your first message and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
Most pieces are made and shipped within two to three weeks of an approved proof. If the finished piece does not match the proof you approved, we remake it — and if we still cannot get it right, you are refunded in full.
